We took Mary’s bridal portraits the day before her wedding. No worries! Everything worked out just fine. I was able to edit some images for her to print and have ready by her wedding the next day. Her bridal session was fabulous and so incredibly fun!

My biggest worry was the weather. Since Utah was having some crazy rain and thunderstorms, I didn’t know what to expect. The entire weekend was forecasted for rain! However, once we got to The International Peace Gardens for Mary’s session, it was just drizzling. We decided to go for it and bring some umbrellas. Luckily, the rain subsided and we were able to do our shoot! Also, with the overcast skies, we had gorgeous light. I was loving the images we were getting!

Earlier I had suggested going to the Capitol building in case we got rained out. We decided to go anyway. What a good choice. We got some spectacular shots there! Also, Mary’s adorable little son took some photos with his mommy. Can I say cute? Yes, it was great, except that he had waited too long and lasted about 5 minutes. Oh well! We got cute ones in that time.

It was great fun being Mary’s bridal photographer and I looked forward to her wedding the next day!
